I hae decided to return to my army exercise routine in an effort to get back to my army weight. 20 PU-20 SU-15 PU-15 SU. it is sad that I am this out of shape. having the stress fracture basically healed and only a few weeks away from getting the go ahead to run should help. | Add Comment |
