total running time 64:36. windy. first half of the run was almost entirely into the wind. spilts 9:23, 9:28, 9:17, 9:06 (half against the wind), 8:52, 9:11 (starting to feel the distance and the cramps from this week), 9:19 (barely held it together).
this was my longest run since my stress fracture 1.5 years ago. |
