I retired from the Army after 26 years of service in 2010. I moved home to Arizona. My wife and I are empty nesters. In 2016 I had stents placed in my heart after discovering coronary artery disease. Since early 2016 I have lost 30 lbs and got in much better shape. August 2017 I retired again. We served a mission to Mexico from October 2017 until April 2019.

So "PED" whats next on your running schedule....a 5K or a marathon? You turned in a pretty good time for that Turkey trot in November.....It's time to set you sights higher and farther!!!!
Got any goals set for 2012?

the turkey trot was 2010. 2011 has been a bust due to achilles tendonitis that knocked me out for much of January and then a tibial stress fracture that had me unable to run from end of May until October. I am still just alternating walking and running. My goal for 2012 is to be healthy. Not sure I will race this year. Just need to get back to fitness.
