| weird morning. started out running adn the lightning adn thunder were bad so i turned around only running 2:49 (0.28 miles i think). I came home and rode the exercise bike for 10 minutes and then I went for a short running. 1.45 miles splits 7:08 7:14. differnet morning but way better than nothing.
