Out past Mini Gu Corner and back via canal road, the old legs were pretty darn heavy but I got her done. My average pace was 8:47 with a total time of 1:03:26, i finished up with some lower body weights.

Up Mount loafer Canyon to the gate and then extended to the sacred grove. I felt decent on the uphill but crashed hard on the downhill, really crashed hard! i can only hope that it will get better the more I run the downhill. My average pace was super slow this morning at 10:01 with a total time of 1:21:17, I finished up with some upper body weight training and some push-ups.

Usual Saturday Route down into the river bottoms, legs felt a little better and didn't crash as bad as last week. Good sign. My average pace was 9:02 with a total time of 2:25:43, I missed a few days this week so I need to continue being more consistant, Thats my goal for next week.
