Nice easy run today on the treadmill. My pace was an 8:29. This week will be an easy week for me. Also, i am not sure how next week will look because i am going to Texas to watch my son graduate from boot camp :). Thanks for reading and have a great day!!

I picked up the pace and intensity today. My overall pace was 08:08.80. I ran three miles at a 8:13 and a with a 0.5 incline. Then one mile at 8:06 with a 0.5 incline and then the last mile at a 8:00 with a 1.0 incline. I think my New Balance shoes are hurting my foot, because my left foot hurts toward the end of my run. I think i will try to run in different shoes tomorrow. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day! :)
After yesterdays run and my foot hurting, I decided to try
an experiment and buy some new shoes and see if my foot was hurting because of
my shoes or not. While I was there I decided to look into buying a heart monitor
and I found a really nice one for $24.00. The really nice thing about the watch
is while I was running the watch and the treadmill heart monitor linked up and I
did not have to look at my watch to see my heart rate. Also, the shoes I bought
did help my foot not to hurt, so I will see later on if they keep the pain away
from my foot. Back to my running, I ran five miles in 39:47 with an average
pace of 07:57. I am going to run 15 tomorrow, because of going to Texas on Wednesday
and not knowing how much time I will have for running. Anyway, thanks for

Morning: Today’s run was nice, the temperature 39 degrees with no
wind. My goal for today is fifteen miles, so I decided to run half this morning
and half this afternoon. So this morning
I ran my seven in half miles at an 8:04 pace. I do have to say I was feeling
really good and it sure was nice feeling. Anyway I will run this afternoon and hopefully

Afternoon: This afternoon was a little harder for me. I ran 3.25 miles
at a 1.0 incline and 3.75 at a 1.50 incline with the last half mile at a 1.0 incline.I was able to keep an 8:00 pace. My plan for

Legs were soar today, but i did run eight miles at a 08:05.25 pace. I ran half my miles at a 0.5 incline. Also my shin was bothering me today and i did 50 situps. That's about it, thanks for reading and have a great day!! :)

have been getting sick the last two days. I am not sure why, it might be from the

I was only going to run 55 miles this week, but i decided to run 60.03 instead. Next week i am going to cut back a little to give my legs a chance to rest.
