I have to go right now, so this will be really short. My pace was 07:01.45. I will write more later.

Later: I went to Boise to watch my nephew play soccer and they won :). It was a great game to watch! Anyway. Here are my times per mile.

1. 6:10 Feeling really good, due to the fact that it was down hill.

Once again another easy day of running. My overall average was 08:05.80, i decided to speed up the last three miles and run them in 8:00 and the other two in 8:20. So overall i am feeling good. Thanks for reading and have a great day!!

I picked up the pace and intensity today. My overall pace was 08:08.80. I ran three miles at a 8:13 and a with a 0.5 incline. Then one mile at 8:06 with a 0.5 incline and then the last mile at a 8:00 with a 1.0 incline. I think my New Balance shoes are hurting my foot, because my left foot hurts toward the end of my run. I think i will try to run in different shoes tomorrow. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day! :)

After yesterdays run and my foot hurting, I decided to try an experiment and buy some new shoes and see if my foot was hurting because of my shoes or not. While I was there I decided to look into buying a heart monitor and I found a really nice one for $24.00. The really nice thing about the watch is while I was running the watch and the treadmill heart monitor linked up and I did not have to look at my watch to see my heart rate. Also, the shoes I bought did help my foot not to hurt, so I will see later on if they keep the pain away from my foot. Back to my running, I ran five miles in 39:47 with an average pace of 07:57. I am going to run 15 tomorrow, because of going to Texas on Wednesday and not knowing how much time I will have for running. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day!!

Morning: Today’s run was nice, the temperature 39 degrees with no wind. My goal for today is fifteen miles, so I decided to run half this morning and half this afternoon.  So this morning I ran my seven in half miles at an 8:04 pace. I do have to say I was feeling really good and it sure was nice feeling.  Anyway I will run this afternoon and hopefully I will feel just as good or even better this afternoon! Afternoon: This afternoon was a little harder for me. I ran 3.25 miles at a 1.0 incline and 3.75 at a 1.50 incline with the last half mile at a 1.0 incline.  I was able to keep an 8:00 pace. Today's run was tiring. I ran one mile at an 8:06 then the next four miles at a 6:56 pace then the last two miles at an 8:06 pace. I had the incline at a 0.5 incline. Morning: Today's run was tough. I ran eight miles with four of them at a 8:06 and four of them at 6:58. I had a hard time with the incline today, so i did not use it very much. Another day of easy running. My goal for today was 5.00 miles, but i ended up running more. My over pace was 7:50, not too bad because i was hurting from yesterdays run.

Today's run was really nice. I ran eight miles at an 8:06 pace with three of the miles at a 0.5 and the next three at a 1.0, then the last two at a 0.5 incline. I just felt really good. Anyway, after running my mom and I went to lunch and while I was eating my salad I found out the hard way that there was a piece of wood in my salad. I did not know what to do so I waited until our waitress came back and I then showed her the piece of wood. Within five minutes she came back with ten dollars in gift certificates and a free salad coupon with purchase of entrée. I thought that it was just wired thing that happened. So I took the money and finished my meal and left. Anyway thanks for reading and have a great day!!!
