| Not a bad of running. My pace was 06:56.60. I started something new today, i walk five min. before and five min. after my run and i really never knew how much i needed that little bit of walking. I think i will start doing that from now on. Have a good weekend.

| Todays run was different. When i started i had to go the bathroom, so i decided to run to my seven mile mark and stop for a couple of minutes and go. So my first seven mile pace was 6:42 pace. Then i came back and felt really good, but i started way too fast and way over did it. I had only four miles to go and since i started out way too fast i was lucky to make it to the 3 1/2 mile mark. So my pace for that 3 1/2 mile was 6:12. I then rested for a couple of minutes and ran the last half mile in 2:57. I think i am going to feel this run in the morning. :) So my over all pace for the eleven mile run was 6:30.45, but please remember i was running on a treadmill. |

| I did my once a week incline on the treadmill. I started out with .05 and by mile 5.00 i was up to 3.0 and then the last half i went up to 3.5. I am really soar, i wish i would have been doing this all winter. My pace was 7:03. |

| Nice easy run today, i ran with my next door neighbor. It was suggested to me to run ten, but my neighbor had to be back home by 11:00 so all we could do was eight miles. When running it felt like we were running into a five to ten mile head wind. My pace was 7:30. Also, i will be running my long run (eleven miles) on Sunday so i would like to have fresh legs for that. |

| Well i was wanting to run at least 7:00 minute miles, but as you will see that did not work. My total time for eleven miles was 72:48. Oh well maybe next time... :) |

| I had an easy day of running, my pace was 7:10. I am starting to run during my lunch hour and i find that works out better. Why you ask? Well i am glad you asked, because when i get off of work i dont have to rush over to the GYM and run. I can go home and relax and watch TV. Have a Great Afternoon :).. |

Today run will be a two part day. I will be running six miles at lunch and five miles after work. Lunch, My run at lunch was a good run, but i am a little tired now. My pace was 06:26.83. So i might be a little soar for my after work run. After Work, I was tired and wanted to go home, so i ran kinda fast. My pace was 06:26.80. But if you add my six mile time with my five mile time together, my pace was 6:26 per mile. Not too bad if i say so myself.. Have a good night.

Ran another easy day :). I think my legs needed some relaxing days like this, thanks Kory. My pace was 07:23.83. Plus I ran with some new shoes, I think that my old shoes were hurting me more than helping me. |

Nice easy run today. I tried something new today it is a before and a after drink for exercising. I feel that it really helped a lot. I am not even tired or soar :). My pace today was 7:19. Tomorrow I am going to run eight because last week I ran nine and my body really did not feel up to running that much, so I am cutting back this week. |

I had the opportunity to run with Kory yesterday on the
Pocatello marathon course. I did not do too badly, about five of the eight
miles the road was like an ice skating rink. I do have to Praise God for helping us through
the slick road, and helping us not to fall on our face. Just before we left to
go running the wind was horrible, the last I heard we were getting winds around
thirty miles an hour. But God worked it
out that we only ran in the wind for a little bit, not too much. On my last
mile I was trying for a 6:3? pace but that did not work out. My last mile was a
7:05. My over all pace was a 7:13, which I not bad because on mile four I was
running an overall pace of 7:3?. So with
all the problems I really did have a fun time.

Wow, what a day!! I did not eat before I ran and I could really feel it. Also, my calf’s were bothering me today, and I am not sure why. My pace was 06:53.27. And also this is my short mileage week and so I will be running half of what I normally do. |
