Well i was wanting to run at least 7:00 minute miles, but as you will see that did not work. My total time for eleven miles was 72:48. Oh well maybe next time... :)
Barry, don't always go by a pace you need to run some days on how you feel. If you push a pace where you don't feel like doing it that day, than it's going to hurt your run the following day.
Speeds not always the key, you need to build the endurance. The longer your on your feet the easy it is for your aerobic ability to increase. Try doing easy runs for five days or four than pick one day and do a 5 or 6 mile tempo run.
