I felt pretty good today, my stomach
bothered me a little but not to much.. My overall pace was 9:09 and I
was trying for a 9:30. When I decided to go home from work early
because of my stomach flue I decided to go the doctor and get treated
for stomach flue. The doctor I went to is certified in NAET "http://www.naet.com/" which is like
acupuncture and was treated for flue and from then on God used that
to really helped me to feel a lot better.

Had a rough day today. My poor mom was
really sick and need to go the ER, so that was rough. But she is
doing better now. I tried to run a 9:30 pace, but that was not
happening today. My over all pace was 8:39. I am not sure what my
trainer wants from me this week, but when I know I will let you know. Thanks

Nice day to run. I was only going to run eight miles, but i was having a lot of fun so i kept going until i ran out of time for my lunch. My pace was 8:46. Also, i forgot to wear my heart monitor, when i remembered it i was on mile three. Thank for reading... |

Not too bad of a day, but really windy.
I am a little soar but not too bad. My overall pace was a 7:55. I had
the chance to run a little faster and it really felt good., but the
stupid wind really made it hard. But I think I am going to run on the
treadmill tomorrow because I am paying for the membership and I need
to use it.

Today I was a little soar, but the wind
still sucked. I was trying to slow down today because I am planning
on running thirteen miles. This week i am at fifty one miles and that is the most I have ran in years.

I was pretty tired today. I am not use
to running so much in a week and I could really feel it today. My over pace was
8:07, not too bad. I am a little worried about next week race. But I
put my faith in God for all my help, because if anyone can help me

I was really soar over the weekend so i was not sure how today run would go. And I was told by my trainer to try to run 9:00 minute miles and guess what, i did. I think running that pace really helped me to get over being soar. Have a good night..

My time was 1:34:55 and my pace was 7:11. A
crazy thing happened when I was running, I fell. When I was about mile 11 I ran
too close to the edge and fell and I fell hard. My calf and my muscle around my
hip are bruised and I am hurting. The neat thing is when I fell I should have
hit my head against the ground and should have hit it hard, but Thank the LORD I
did not. I have to say it was a miracle from God. But when I fell I rolled one time and was able
to get right back on my feet and keep running. When I got up from the fall my right calf felt
like my muscle tighten up like a base ball and as I keep running the Lord took
away the pain and let me finish the race. So now next week I need to go to the
chiropractor and figure out what damage I need to get fixed. So what a day and
thank you all for the comments.
