Not too bad of a day, but really windy. I am a little soar but not too bad. My overall pace was a 7:55. I had the chance to run a little faster and it really felt good., but the stupid wind really made it hard. But I think I am going to run on the treadmill tomorrow because I am paying for the membership and I need to use it.

Barry what are you using to show your mile splits in the table graph. Are you using new software.

Barry, I would continue to run outside because the wind will help you in Ogden.

Kory, the program i am using is excel. I made a chart in excel and copy and past it to the running blog when i fill it in. I was kinda thinking about running outside but i think i will now. What are you running on Saturday?

From wheakory on Sat, May 10, 2008 at 01:25:32

I'm in Boise and I ran 14 miles this morning. Saturday I will only run 8 miles which is close to 80 for the week.
