I was pretty tired today. I am not use to running so much in a week and I could really feel it today. My over pace was 8:07, not too bad. I am a little worried about next week race. But I put my faith in God for all my help, because if anyone can help me the most He can. Thanks for reading and have a blessed day.

Barry, Take tomorrow off and make sure that you run in that 8:30-9:00min/mile range. I prefer 9/min/mi. just run 6-8 miles a day really easy. On the two days before the race just jog 4-5 miles a day really easy. Hydrate and keep up on your carbs. Steve.
