I had the opportunity to run with Kory yesterday on the Pocatello marathon course. I did not do too badly, about five of the eight miles the road was like an ice skating rink.  I do have to Praise God for helping us through the slick road, and helping us not to fall on our face. Just before we left to go running the wind was horrible, the last I heard we were getting winds around thirty miles an hour.  But God worked it out that we only ran in the wind for a little bit, not too much. On my last mile I was trying for a 6:3? pace but that did not work out. My last mile was a 7:05. My over all pace was a 7:13, which I not bad because on mile four I was running an overall pace of 7:3?.  So with all the problems I really did have a fun time.

Thanks for reading and have a Great day!!
