Happy Thanksgiving!

 

Another day of easy running. My goal for today was 5.00 miles, but i ended up running more. My over pace was 7:50, not too bad because i was hurting from yesterdays run.

Barry, you should have run the Turkey Trot with a bunch of us by Highland. It was fun! There was about 20-25 of us.
