Today's run was tiring. I ran one mile at an 8:06 then the next four miles at a 6:56 pace then the last two miles at an 8:06 pace. I had the incline at a 0.5 incline. I have been getting sick the last two days. I am not sure why, it might be from the plane or from the hotel. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day!!

Could be the environment change, going from warm to cold. I wouldn't do any fast miles when you feel sick because it just kills your immune system. Trust me I've done this before by running faster miles while sick, and it made things worse.

Barry, you didn't bare the 25 degrees this morning! Come on!

Good point on running with a cold. And NO i do not want to run outside when it is 25 degrees. Have a good day!!
