An easy eight miles today 7:53 pace with some inclines in there. I do not have very much time, but i will write more about my trip later! Have a good day!!
Today's run was tiring. I ran one mile at an 8:06 then the next four miles at a 6:56 pace then the last two miles at an 8:06 pace. I had the incline at a 0.5 incline. I
have been getting sick the last two days. I am not sure why, it might be from the

Evening: I had a free session with a trainer so I went tonight and she
showed me some upper and lower body exercise. Now my upper body is really soar.
Anyway, I ran four miles because I did not want to run only four miles Saturday
morning. My pace was 8:00 with no

Today run my legs were soar, but i was still able to get ten miles in. My pace was 8:02 with a 0.5 incline and i did 25 sit ups. Now i hope i make it the rest of the day without dieing. Thanks for reading and have a great day!
Nice and easy day for me! I ran eight miles at a 8.00 pace with no incline. I did speed up toward the end to practice my end sprint. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day! :)
Today was going to be my day off, but I really wanted to run 50 miles for the week. So today i ran five miles to finish off the week with 50. My pace was 8:03 with 0.5 incline. I am tired now, but i feel good. Next week my goal is also 50+ miles. So, thanks for reading and have a great day.. :)
