Morning: Still feeling sick :(. Ran eight miles at an 8:05
pace with a 0.5 incline. Also, I did 75 sit ups :). Thanks for reading and have

Evening: I had a free session with a trainer so I went tonight and she
showed me some upper and lower body exercise. Now my upper body is really soar.
Anyway, I ran four miles because I did not want to run only four miles Saturday
morning. My pace was 8:00 with no
