Morning: Today’s run was nice, the temperature 39 degrees with no wind. My goal for today is fifteen miles, so I decided to run half this morning and half this afternoon.  So this morning I ran my seven in half miles at an 8:04 pace. I do have to say I was feeling really good and it sure was nice feeling.  Anyway I will run this afternoon and hopefully I will feel just as good or even better this afternoon! Afternoon: This afternoon was a little harder for me. I ran 3.25 miles at a 1.0 incline and 3.75 at a 1.50 incline with the last half mile at a 1.0 incline.  I was able to keep an 8:00 pace. My plan for this week is to run about forty plus miles. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great night!!

Legs were soar today, but i did run eight miles at a 08:05.25 pace. I ran half my miles at a 0.5 incline. Also my shin was bothering me today and i did 50 situps. That's about it, thanks for reading and have a great day!! :)

Legs were felling good today. I ran seven miles at 8:02 pace with the incline set to 1.0 the whole time and i did 75 sit ups :). Tomorrow will be a very busy day for me so i am not sure if i can run or not. Thanks for reading and have a great day.
