My poor toes. They are hammered from the Halloween half on Saturday. Owie! My big toenails are both looking a little bruised. Hope I don't loose them, yikes! That may be the ugliest thing ever. But running the 1/2 was worth it. Serious cruising course!
Eliptical for 1 hour 27 minutes. Worked core. 11 years ago today I became a Mom for the first time. It was scary, I was only 20. I still wake up and don't believe I have kids sometimes. But he's a good kid and I would not trade him.

| | Eliptical hell this morning at 4:30 for an 1 1/2 hrs. Then 3 miles walk/jogging outside around the hood this evening. Hopefully my legs will be recovered soon to do a real run. I am getting antsy to fire one up. :) | Comments(8) |

| | Went running with Julie a little later than my normal time on a Saturday. Slept in until 7:40. Picked Julie up at 8:10 and we ran a good 10 miles. It was around 10:15 when we got done. No wonder we both felt the need to hoard some poppycock when we were done, it was getting late! :) |

My foot is feeling back to normal and so I took advantage and ran a good long run -of course. And I just cannot beat my running company my bestest friend Julie. She is the best. :) Lifted a good 25 minutes afterwards. Needless to say it was a long morning.

Ran 3 miles this morning on the river trail. It was eerily beautiful outside this morning. The sky was a soft lavender hue and the clouds covered only the tips of the Mt peaks. Fallen leaves everywhere. So pretty, peaceful and quiet. I enjoyed it a lot. We live on a magnificent planet.

| | Has anyone seen my mojo? Anyone? Anyone? Ran 10 miles switching back and forth between a 7:53 and 7:20 pace but it was HARD and I was TIRED. Repeat of yesterday, only I think today was worse. I felt terrible. I need to go to bed earlier...to many things to do all the time. Elitpical hell followed for 20 min.

Ran 11.50 this morning. I now have a goal again, it's to lose the 5 lbs of fat accumulated from Thanksgiving regret :) I ran equestrian trails in San Juan Capistrano while on vacation last week. So beautiful, kind of hard (they are hills!) and the weather was very good! Back to our snowy tundra now though.

| | 10 miles running, 13 min eliptical. I almost didn't make it out this morning. My husband had surgery yesterday and he is in a ton of pain. I was up during the night with him on and off. He will be in a sling for 5 weeks and cannot use his left arm. I am doing everything. I feel bad for him, but it's going to be a long 5 weeks. |
