| | This morning I got to sleep in till 6:35, I only ran 6 miles today. I did do the eliptical for 17 minutes. Then it was home. My hubby is home today to have a famous surgery. I'm a little torn up over it. :( | Comments(8) |

9.25 miles running this morning and then 10 minutes on the eliptical. Circuit training, abs and then home. I get to starve for 7 hours today because I am having blood and urine drawn for life insurance. Sweet.

| | I go to a Highland Dancing class on Monday nights, so this morning my legs felt really sore and overworked. So I did the eliptical for an hour and 20 minutes- then I ran 2 miles. All in all, it was a 1 hour 35 minute cardio session. I did some pilates for abs when I got home. | Comments(3) |
| | So my daughter is being a terrible sleeper the last 2 weeks. Last night she woke me up at 3:10 am crying and using the bathroom. Then I couldn't sleep well after that. When the alarm went off at 4:20 I was a total zombie. I got up, got dressed and went out into our loft where my husband was laying (he couldn't sleep). I told him how tired I was. He said go back to bed, to which I said there was no way now. Needless to say I cried all the way to the gym because I was so tired. But never fear, once there I felt so much better. I got the endorphins rolling and got to talk to my good friend Kira the whole time. When I left I felt so much better. I don't regret going. But tonight, ya, tonight I'm go to bed earlier so I can get extra rest for my weary bones. | Comments(2) |

Ran 4 miles in 29 minutes. I then did the eliptical for 1 hour. So 1 hour 30 minutes of cardio. I laughed myself silly with my friends Kira and Jessica today. I did abs when I was done. Lifted free weights at home.

| | No running or workout on Friday. I had to do a late afternoon workout Saturday because shawn was at a scout function all morning. It really made me appreciate getting a workout out of the way in the morning. I ran 8 TM miles. The snow is depressing. | Add Comment |

| | This morning I didn't know I was going to run that far- I just kept going and going. I wanted to make it to 13 miles but I fizzled in the will power dept. I am happy with it though.
