| | I was the first one in the gym this morning. I ran 4 miles in 28 minutes. Then I did the eliptical for 45 minutes with my friend Kira. It went by fast because we chit chatted the whole time. | | I ran 8 miles today! The longest I've run at once since my foot started hurting the first week of December. It was awesome although, I have lost a little stamina. It will all come back. Just glad my foot feels better. Did the eliptical for 20 minutes as well. | Comments(2) |
| | Ran 10 miles this morning. An erie thing happened. I got to 6.2 miles (10k) in 46.09 -this is the exact time I got at the speedy spaniard last summer- the exact time WEIRD! Anywho, this is the longest I have run at one time since the beginning of December when the foot thing started. It's doing well and I'm so excited about it. I have lost just a little bit of stamina. | | NOT AGAIN! The bottom of my foot is hurting! I am so upset! It is hurting in a different spot and feels kind of swollen in that one spot. Same foot as before and I didn't even run today so I know running didn't aggravate it. I did the eliptical for an hour and 20 min. It started hurting late morning. | | Today I felt like a zombie. I went to bed to late last night. I guess I did an interval workout. Periods of high intensity then lower intensity during my more zombie moments. I ran 3 miles on the treadmill, and was on the eliptical for 50 minutes.
