| | ran 10 miles and walked .50. So technically I went 10.50. I just wanted to pass out from exhaustion today. | Comments(4) |
| | Ran 4 miles then eliptical hell for 1 hr 5 minutes. I bought some tracks for my running shoes at costco and I'm itching to get outside for a long run, but I do not like running in this type of freezing A cold. I need to work up some guts that's for sure.

14 miles this morning. :) Funny quote: if your run didn't hurt this morning, it was just a jog.
Julie and I had a discussion this morning about two women who shop lifted and hide the items between their belly fat rolls. SICK! This discussion stemmed from me telling Julie about a woman I saw yesterday with a big doughy gut I saw walking in the mall, and her stomach hung out the bottom. SICK. And this is one of my drives for staying fit.

14 miles & I hate golds gym.
** more added info just for Rob :) ** So the last few days I have been taking fake energy before leaving my house to run. And it has proved to be helping. Now don't worry, I don't plan to make this a long term habit, just a short term thing since my energy has been so low. I blame it on sleepless nights I am having due to kids, stress and the anxiety I seem to get this time of year. This weather blows. It gives me anxiety-which can come and go. However the silver lining is that when Spring starts coming around, it makes me so happy and I appreciate it all the more. This mornings run was very effective and yes, far. I ran 4 miles and stopped, went over to the weights and lifted for 10 minutes. Came back and ran 10 more miles with my good friend Julie. My pace varies as I do intermingle speed work into my runs a lot. So here's an idea of what I did today, and do a lot of the other days. I start off at a 8 min mile pace. I hold that for about a mile, and turn it up to a 7:50 pace. Hold that for a mile and turn it up again until I am at about a 7:40 pace for a while. Then around 30 minutes into my run, I start doing speed intervals. to a 6:15 pace for 1-1 1/2 minutes then back down to a 7:30 pace. This cycle continues for about 25 minutes. Then I take it to a 7:25 pace and hold it there for the remainder of my run. However long that may be exactly varies from day to day. I like doing this. Sometimes my body gets too use to doing this, so I have to change things. That is when I resort to eliptical hell. Which I will probably do all next week and change things up. It also gives my feet and joints a pounding break of sorts. But, I love running, in any form. I always tell people that I will run until the I am old and absolutely cannot do it anymore. I will probably enter races until that time too. :) I do work my core nearly everyday as well. Because of this, I think I have some nice cut-not perfect, but pretty darn good for a girl who's been prego 4 times. :) Happy Tuesday all.

| | 10 miles at 5 am. Felt a little more fatigued today. Probably due to the longer runs yesterday and Monday. Still kept at it and ran mostly at a 7:15 pace. Crunched my core and got out of there. | Comments(4) |
| | Uummm.. 12.50 miles this morning. My right hamstrings are sore. Maybe tomorrow I should rest or work on the eliptical. I don't know how I have pulled off 4 days in a row of 10-14 mile runs. Oh wait, I do... Caffeine my friends! :) |

| | This morning my alarm went off and I could not move. I sat up and could not wake up. I tried so hard, but I could not fight the fatigue my body was feeling. When this happens to me, this usually means my body needs a rest. And so, I did just that. I lay back down and drifted off to sleep. The suck part is that I felt guilty all the rest of this day so far. So, I am hoping that later on this evening, if it's not raining, I can escape for a run outside. I am missing the outside a lot so... Side note: considering running sapper joe this year. Whatdya ya'll think?

| | 8 miles on the dreadmill this evening avg pace 7:20. I somehow missed my early morning alarm so I was forced to do a pm workout. It was okay but I prefer a morning run anyday :) | Comments(1) |
| | ran 11 miles at a 7:15 avg pace. The last mile (mile 12) was a walk/run repeats. Sore right hammies still. Perhaps it's time to switch over to eliptical hell for awhile so my legs get a break. Lifted and worked core. | Comments(5) |
| | Just over 5 miles on the dreadmill followed by 1 hr on my favorite (note: sarcasm) eliptical hell. I wish people would stop bringing naughty sugary things over. :) I mean, it's good and all and I love that people are so thoughtful but it's to tempting! |

| | 12.50 TM miles today. I actually hit 13 miles but I jumped to the
side of the treadmill a few times to say something to either Julie on my
left or Merri on my right. :) Lifted, worked core. I better stop eating all the Christmas treats or soon I'll look like Santa.

| | Ran 7.25 on the dreadmill and 33 minutes on the eliptical. 10 minutes of lifting.
I am blubbered out. I don't really care though to be honest. I know it will all be gone in a couple of weeks. Christmas is a carefree eating time and shouldn't be anything other than that. Mmmmm I ate all sorts of bad things.

| | I'm a mess today. I ran 6.60 on the dreadmill and eliptical for 30 minutes. I had no energy and I still don't. I could barely run, even walking with an incline kicked my asprin. I came home, showered and laid back down in bed totally wiped out. I suck. I will probably ring in the new year sober and sawing logs well before midnight :) But bring on 2011, I am excited for what lies ahead this new year!
