7 miles. Really really perfect weather to be outside running. I feel very out of shape. I made a goal to start running everyday again. I've been slacking off since I pulled my hamstring in August. My one problem is that I still have heel pain in my left foot (since May).

40 minutes elliptical.

Bulged a disc in my lower back improperly bending after my run on Monday morning. I was darn near handicapped Monday morning-Tues afternoon. On ibuprofen for 36 hours straight. Then something happened. I said a prayer, and it started getting better. Feeling almost back to myself. Discs don't just heal in 2 days.

42 minutes of intense eliptical until I can be sure my back is all better. It hurt like heck on Tuesday morning when I tried to run. So I stopped. But later that day it all started feeling better. This is so weird.
