| | Ran 9.20 and then I gave up and did the eliptical for 15 minutes. Worked on abs. Went to jaxies to eat with a bunch of neighbors this afternoon and pretty much ate to many calories. I feel like I should do an afternoon workout. | Add Comment |

| | Tried something different today. Lifted weights before my cardio workout. Then did some funky machine (can't remember what it's called but looks like doing high knees) for 25 min. Then I ran with my friend Julie for 8 miles.

| | I ran 14 miles today. I feel so accomplished. I have never run over 13.1 miles in the last 8 years running. I am beaming today :) But don't try to entice- I still have no desire to run a marathon. *Side note* I feel like I could go out and run another 10 or so. What's up with that? | | So I checked to see what the high knees machine is called. It's called an archtrainer. Whatever it's name is, I am hooked for now. I get a SUPER DUPER cardio workout! I did it for an hour again today- then the elipitcal for 30 min. I actually did some circuit lifting for 15 min before I did my cardio to shock my body by switching things up. I love playing tricks on my body. I get back at it for all those times it's let me down. ha ha :) I know I haven't been running for a couple days, but I will again someday (totally kidding). I just think my body is tired of running so much everyday. I really felt it screaming to do something different for awhile and so I have. No regrets. I will still run my 13 miler on Saturday. :) yehaaww | Comments(7) |

Archtrainer for an hour and 5 minutes. Then abs, then home. It wasn't such a hardcore day. But tomorrow, oh just you wait! I am running to the gym in the morning and running on the TM, then running home. It's gonna be fun! Who wantsta come? I better mention the emergence of a six pack on my abdomen! I am stoked!!

6.50 miles on the treadmill. Did some speed intervals. Then I worked on the eliptical for 25 min? Can't remember the exact time. But I know it was at least 25 minutes. Worked on abs for a few minutes.
***pm*** 4.22 afternoon miles outside. Felt pretty good.

| | Ran outside with Lynsey today for 3.50 miles (25.06 minutes). Our 3.1 was in 22:30 Got home and hit the road again in my neighborhood for another 3.50 for a total of 7 miles.

Ran 6 miles this morning with Kira. Felt really good. Worked on the eliptical for 43 minutes as well. Lifted some circuits and did a little abs. A good day. And not done yet......have an evening run planned.

Ran 5 miles this morning at a 7:05 pace. Worked on the elipitcal for 45 minutes. Worked on abs. Went home at 6:25, ran 2 miles around the neighborhood at a 7:30 pace. The head wind was so strong it slowed me down. It was just to windy. But still a great workout day! Very hungry today. Hopefully that's a sign of my metabolism speeding up?

I only ran 2 miles,BUT I was on the elipitcal for an hour before that. I am going to run again tonight. Tomorrow I will take it easier because I have the Provo city 5k on Saturday morning. Gotta have fresh legs! Today I also went through the circuit weights and worked on abs. Came home and worked with the big rubber band and did some squats. I'm all kinds of fired up for my race Saturday. Can ya tell?
