Ran 5 miles this morning at a 7:05 pace. Worked on the elipitcal for 45 minutes. Worked on abs. Went home at 6:25, ran 2 miles around the neighborhood at a 7:30 pace. The head wind was so strong it slowed me down. It was just to windy. But still a great workout day! Very hungry today. Hopefully that's a sign of my metabolism speeding up?
