Yay it's February! I dislike january so much that febuary sounds heavenly! I ran 10 miles this morning and it felt good to sweat since I missed a workout on Saturday. Going to try and do the same or go farther tommorrow. We shall see!

9 miles today again. I got caught in a few pictures my son took this morning- let's just say I was mortified when I looked at them. My face is so thin. Maybe it's time to cool it on the long runs?

| | I ran 8 miles this morning in 58 minutes. This is where I seem crazy........ I went to spinning after wards for 35 more minutes! Ahhhhhh I'm going to be sore today!!! I only counted my running miles and not any of the miles on the bike.

This morning I ran 10.20. It felt really good. I did abs, arms, and legs (circuit training). I read this article this morning. I don't even know what body fat percentage I am at, but by the looks of the pictures, I want to be an 18-20 %. I hear most dudes say they like their girl to have at least a little meat on her bones.
