Ran 9.50 this morning. Oh what fun. Did you know the Guiness book marathon record for fastest women is a lady from the UK who ran the London marathon in 2 hours 15 minutes? I think that is still the record anyhow. That is crazy!

Paula Radcliffe holds the women's world record, and I believe she's from England. But you're totally going to break it. :)
