This morning I ran 10.20. It felt really good. I did abs, arms, and legs (circuit training). I read this article this morning. I don't even know what body fat percentage I am at, but by the looks of the pictures, I want to be an 18-20 %. I hear most dudes say they like their girl to have at least a little meat on her bones.
