I only ran 2 miles,BUT I was on the elipitcal for an hour before that. I am going to run again tonight. Tomorrow I will take it easier because I have the Provo city 5k on Saturday morning. Gotta have fresh legs! Today I also went through the circuit weights and worked on abs. Came home and worked with the big rubber band and did some squats. I'm all kinds of fired up for my race Saturday. Can ya tell?
