This morning my alarm went off and I could not move. I sat up and could not wake up. I tried so hard, but I could not fight the fatigue my body was feeling. When this happens to me, this usually means my body needs a rest. And so, I did just that. I lay back down and drifted off to sleep. The suck part is that I felt guilty all the rest of this day so far. So, I am hoping that later on this evening, if it's not raining, I can escape for a run outside. I am missing the outside a lot so... Side note: considering running sapper joe this year. Whatdya ya'll think?
