12.50 TM miles today. I actually hit 13 miles but I jumped to the side of the treadmill a few times to say something to either Julie on my left or Merri on my right. :) 

Lifted, worked core. I better stop eating all the Christmas treats or soon I'll look like Santa.

I already am looking a bit like Santa, but that is what it is all about, huh?

I ALWAYS have to run an extra .25 on the TM just to make up for my jumping off to the side to get a drink or whatever. It is a great benefit to the TM.
