Uummm..  12.50 miles this morning. My right hamstrings are sore. Maybe tomorrow I should rest or work on the eliptical. I don't know how I have pulled off 4 days in a row of 10-14 mile runs. Oh wait, I do...  Caffeine my friends! :)

Lily-fair, you are killing it this week. No wonder you're sore. I'm willing to bet that you are running those miles fast too.

Unlike others though, I'm not going to tell you to take a day off of running tomorrow, unless you wake up and feel like you really need it. If you wake tomorrow and the soreness is gone or minimal, hit the miles some more. Maybe tone it down a bit, but hit it for sure. You're on a roll, keep it going!!!

And my comments are not meant to imply that I think anyone else is wrong for telling you to take the day off. I'm just sayin'.

Weell I like how you think Jun. And you're spot on, I have been throwing the miles down fast. You know that's how I roll.

Pretty sure there is more to it than caffeine. If that's all it took I work with guys that would be running 50 miles per day.

nice week for you!

excellent work Lily! I'm with Jun on the miles thing. Just make sure you don't underestimate the soreness. When I've gotten good and injured it's usually because I try to overlook a little nagging pain and it blows up in my face. But, if you are feeling good - go for it! See what those legs can do!
