Has anyone seen my mojo? Anyone? Anyone? Ran 10 miles switching back and forth between a 7:53 and 7:20 pace but it was HARD and I was TIRED. Repeat of yesterday, only I think today was worse. I felt terrible. I need to go to bed earlier...to many things to do all the time. Elitpical hell followed for 20 min.

You've been running a lot of miles lately. Maybe you need a rest day.

Do you need my lecture on 'cycling'? You may be cycling low right now. Start making a note of it.

Yeah Jun I remember that. I believe that theory and I definitely have to be cycling low right now. It is terrible... uggh
