10 miles running, 13 min eliptical. I almost didn't make it out this morning. My husband had surgery yesterday and he is in a ton of pain. I was up during the night with him on and off. He will be in a sling for 5 weeks and cannot use his left arm. I am doing everything. I feel bad for him, but it's going to be a long 5 weeks.

Oh Lily, so sorry to hear about your husband ... here's hoping to a quick recovery. Maybe now we can see exactly how fast a "one armed paper hanger" really takes??

Quick recovery wishes to your hubby, keep on those meds - that's what I've found with men helps the most :)

I have a question on my blog about running and elliptical and I'd like you to weigh in since you do both quite often...if you don't mind.

Are you running this all outside or on the TM? I'm such a pansy I can do dark or cold, but not both!
