Eliptical hell this morning at 4:30 for an 1 1/2 hrs. Then 3 miles walk/jogging outside around the hood this evening. Hopefully my legs will be recovered soon to do a real run. I am getting antsy to fire one up. :)

I propose a recovery run up Lake Mountain. Whattya say? :) That's a lot of elliptical. Nice job getting in some solid work even though your legs are tired.

Seriously, 4:30? You're nuts. If I'm going to wake up at 4:30 you bet that I'm going to climb a mountain or something cool like that, not stand on a machine and make my legs go around in circles. Seriously, crazy.

Weeeell Jun, it depends on what the goal is. I won't go run up a mountain by myself in the dark during the fall and winter especially, but I do have the drive to keep myself in shape. Sooooo eliptical hell it has to be, or dreadmill running or whatever form of movement I can get in. I'd rather do that then nothing at all. And 4:30 am wake up doesn't bother me. I've been doing this since 2002. It's just apart of my life.

And hey, I still get my outside time in nearly every night. I go running almost every evening (or walking this week-sore hammies).

Hi everyone. I just posted the cutest picture of SSB ever, but she made me take it off because she's too self-conscious of her pretty looks. Shame really. Ha.

Do we need to start a petition to have that restored to its rightful place... I vote yea.

Craig I wasn't aware that you became the authority on my feelings. Nice.

Hahaha, don't be mad SSB. It's all in good fun.

Nice work on that nasty elliptical. My quads are the sore issue for me from the race! Still some hesitation down stairs, but we're almost recovered.
