1 hr elipitical and 33 minutes on the treadmill=3 miles. Weights. Going to Southern California for Thanksgiving. Knottsberry farm chicken dinner. It is fun!

I haven't been to Knottsberry Farm in probably 20 years. I should go there sometime. I'm going to be in Anaheim this January for 2 weeks maybe I should plan a trip there just for dinner. Have a fun trip, get in some good sea level miles, in perfect weather while we are all here freezing our butts off.

Oh..be careful out there! Be sure to hit the Xcelerator and the perilous plunge... when we were out there we were the only ones on the plunge - scared everyone else off...have fun!!
