Ran 11.50 this morning. I now have a goal again, it's to lose the 5 lbs of fat accumulated from Thanksgiving regret :)

I ran equestrian trails in San Juan Capistrano while on vacation last week. So beautiful, kind of hard (they are hills!) and the weather was very good! Back to our snowy tundra now though.
