Hope your legs are feeling a little better today. Nice workout, as always!

I seriously just looked at your report and thought, "Friday? It's not Friday yet". I'm seriously losing it.

Did you happen to see my comment yesterday on RADs blog about ellipticals? I'm curious about your feedback. If you don't want to read it just tell me and I'll repeat it here. Just a question I have.

Legs are only slightly better than yesterday. Hopefully even better tomorrow for a longer run.

Jun, so I don't count my eliptical time as miles at all. It does feel close to something like running when using it, but not tons of impact. I don't breath quite as heavy either. I do turn up the resistance and that is good.

So on a day when you might read my blog and it says (like todays) "5 miles and 48 min eliptical", that means I ran 5 miles THEN 48 min of eliptical hell.

For the record, I don't really like the eliptical as much as running. But when I am recovering from a fast race or need to switch it up for awhile I will use it. Like this week for example. I have been recovering from the Halloween half so I have used that machine. It doesn't hurt like running does so you can do it to recover.

RivertonPaul uses the eliptical quite a bit and he is a fast marathoner. So I know it does keep good fitness :)

That makes total sense to me. I figured when you listed both and had only the 5 miles in the tracking spot that that is how you handled it. Seems to be the common practice. That's how I would do it.

You are so consistent! Every day a good solid workout. Nice job. Recover well.
