AM- Normal Wednesday morning run. Felt tired, probably from those rolling hills yesterday and squats. 3.24 miles
PM- Warm, strides and workout. Did 1 min sub race pace, 4x4 race pace, 1 min sub race pace. 2 minute recovery between everything. Pushed with our top 4. Felt hot and light headed but was able to push from behind. After the first 1 minute I felt a little pull on my hamstring so I ran a little conservative. Girls looked good. They were tough! Cooled afterwards. 7 miles
