AM- Weights and 15. Hamstrings still so sore. 2.45 miles
PM- Trail to Knowhere with the girls. Nice and relaxed. We crossed the streets safelt. Saw old man Ross mowing the lawn. 5.23 miles
PM- Ran with Marieta after practice. 3.67 miles
