am--5 Heights w/ 5x 2:00 threshold w/ :60 active recovery. The change of pace feels real good.
am--Green Valley loop. Sluggish morning w/ warmer temperatures.
am--5 Old morning route w/ 10x fartlek strides. I love these days.
am--4 Sycamore bridge route. Feeling it in the legs and the soul.
