am--5.25 Interval work w/ 2x 1600 and 2x 800. I unexpectedly jumped in a group and hit 7:20, 7:04, 3:30, and 3:34. I haven't run like that for a while. It was fun to push. I was at the edge of pushing into something that would've got my lungs and mind panicked a bit. There are some kids making big leaps.
