| | am--4.25 Serenity-to-Tuweap Loop. The morning was perfect for stargazing. Feeling decent after the sluggish run yesterday afternoon. RHR--50.
pm--4.75 Warm and cool w/ kids before and after the workout. They looked good out there. I erged for 10 minutes, pulling pretty hard, when I got home.

| | am--5 Morning Route to Coral Cliffs w/ some Floyd in the head. Crisp air and clear skies made this run a beaut. RHR--53.
pm--3.25 A short little run, passing the pine cone w/ Jacey, Addi, and Jess. Erged for 15 minutes after. I love the rhythm of the pull. It was easy stuff, mostly focused on keeping my Trans Abs strong. Carole King is awesome, also.

| | am--4.25 Serenity/Tuweap Loop. I started mellow and let the legs and the feel dictate the remainder. Nice run. On these early morning runs, I focus quite a bit on form. Seems to be helpful. RHR--53.
pm--5 Wave Fartlek on the tready. 4x 1 min. at 7:30, 1 min. at 7:00, and 1 min. progressing through the mid-6s w/ 2 min. recovery. Each set was 5 minutes. I was surprised at how quick the legs had to move, but the lungs seemed to handle it pretty well.

| | am--10 Reverse Santa Clara Loop w/ extension through Ivins. I felt pretty good. On Satruday runs, lately, I've been able to put in a moderate effort and end up getting some light tempo work, extended over some decent miles. Don't want to be that hammers every run, though. RHR--52.
