Pain and stiffness upon waking and throughout the day, but it alway goes away after some walking and then started runs slowly. Hopefully it will sort itself our.

| | Hill run to and at Thaphon Dam. I pushed the long uphills on the way to the Dam. Then I ran 10 x 100 meter steep hill strides up the final Dam road incline, jogging back down after each. Then I pushed every uphill on the way home.
