Didn't feel right today, run was tougher than it should have been.  Could have been due to eating a couple of rolls and sugar cookies at my Mom's yesterday.  Nice morning though and good to get out.  My leg is progressing nicely.

  • Nice morning for a run, took some time off in Cancun the last week.   Good times.  Having allergy issues so I ran with a mask today.  I picked the wrong mask but I've got to get used to a mask for now.
