I have been sick for the last 5 days and am still a little, so I haven't run since Tuesday.  I started in the back and moved from kid to kid until I hit the fast girls and finished with them.  We did a loop up the trail to Mirabella and back along Rosecrest and Juniper Crest.  8:25 pace.

Butterfield Canyon this morning with the team.  I am still stuffed up and hacking, but I struggled through a 30:45 run up and 6 minute pace on the way down.  Total run was 51:38 (7:22 ave.)

On the way to meet we went by the South Valley Half.  There were a lot of people out for such a crappy course!

Ran our course with the team.  Very hot out this afternoon and I was coughing and hacking most of the way.  Hopefully I will get over this junk soon.  A lot of kids walked toda, so we have a lot of work to do. 8:10 pace
