Felt like I haven't run in longer than 10 days!  I am not getting better with this crappy sickness, it has been 10 day now.  I ran with Tim and Greg and felt like I couldn't breath.  8:10 pace

The Stampede race went well and after we got done I decided to go run again.  I am feeling worse than the last two days again, maybe it is the lack of sleep from last night.  I went out on Leila and Prospero up the trail and over by Butterfield Park, then came back on Crown Rose and Rosecrest.  This was probably the worst I have ever felt in my life on a run.  I thought I might not make it!  I did and then felt aweful all day.  8:05 ave.

Well, after that nasty virus I contracted a bad case of Strep!  Went into the doctor on Sunday after having a fever and my sore throat kicking in a swelling up.  Now I am on a super expensive Antibiotic that is supposed to kick it, but after 48 hours I still feel pretty crappy!  2 Weeks!  I am concerned about my fitness now, but first concern is getting better.

Ran out this morning to Butterfield the Crown Rose way and back.  Felt pretty sucky, but not as bad as Saturday of course.  7:50 ave.  Coughed a lot after the run.  Still couldn't breath.
