I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.
Same run as Monday, about 29 degrees though, so much better. Ultrasounded before and that helped. Legs were tired from lifting yesterday. 7:46 ave., 6:45 last mile.
16 degrees was the high temp today! Freakin cold! Went out and ran 4 miles, not really a fun run. Ultrasounded before and it helped the achilles warm up. 7:44 ave
