| Ran from Rosecrest Park on Mirabella, 6400 West, Main and back on 5600 back to Rosecrest Park. Weather held up and was in the low to mid 50s with a died down wind after yesterday's 35-60 mph winds. We got done before the storm so we missed to cold. Ran with Greg and the kids. 7:10 ave

| went to the Pre-Foot Locker race in AF and then went on a run with Greg and the 6 boys that stuck around. We went to Lone Peak on the new trail and then down the Hwy back to the Temple and down the AF High. It was super cold this morning, but was decent for this run. 7:08 ave

| Ran up Provo Canyon to Bridelvale and then tried to find Grizzy, but went up 2 of the wrong hills first. Eventually got up Grizzly and on the upper pipeline trail and finished it out. Adam, Corbin, Dallin, Levi, and Tanner were with me. Freezing cold going up and finally warmed up toward the end. 1:41:36 for the run and 8:06 ave

| Trail run Tuesday. Ran on the shoreline trail out to the back canyon and then back on the roads. 7:56 ave. Cold!

| Ran up to Rosecrest by the trail from Monarch. Then jumped in with the boys in their time trial 5k and ran down Mount Ogden and Grandview to Monarch. I think I had one mile around 5:23, but the watch has them as 6:36 and 5:49. 6:57 ave after the cooldown with all miles combined.
