Personal: I have a wonderful wife and son and we live in Riverton/Herriman Utah. I am a high school teacher, and head coach for cross country and track at Mountain Ridge High.

| Ran around at Layton High while the kids did speed. We drove to Layton for the race, but found out it is tomorrow, so we made the best of it and did a workout. 6.5 miles at 7:00 pace.

| Met the kids in Riverton and ran on the Jordan River Trail. We went out past 14600 South and can back. Did the last mile in tempo and ran a 5:45. Half mile cool down. Cold, but no storm. It was a blizzard at my house when I left.
