| Ran this morning out to Fort Herriman and back. there was an inch of snow on the roads again for slick going. Started way slow, but picked it up as I went. Ended with a 7:38 ave. My goals this year are very basic: Stay Healthy Run over 2013 miles. Run sup 2:33:00 in a Marathon Cross Train 2-3 times per week.

| Ran up the new Murdoch road and out to the end of Juniper after school. Came back on Emeline and Mount Ogden. Hit the last mile in 6:06, not bad for my fifth time out and 19 degrees. 7:19 ave. |

| Okay I am about sick of the crappy air and nasty cold. I waited until afternoon even though I had the day off and wanted to go this morning, but it was too cold. It warmed up to about 16 degrees by the time I left after lunch. Legs felt better today and I had a decent run overall, best one since I started up again. Went out to Butterfield Park and back. last mile was 6:01, half downhill, but no matter, still good for me right now. 35:35 for the 5 miles.

| Haven't been well the last week and haven't got much sleep. I went out today and ran off a little stress though in some clean fresh air finally. It was way warmer too. 4 miles at 7:01 pace felt good.

Ran out to Fort Herriman and back. 40 degrees out and fresh air beats the heck out 5 degrees and bad air! I am super tired because I got to bed at 3:00am and got up at 6:00am. 3 hours of sleep on top of my last week is no good. Hope I don't get sick. 6:57 pace for the run with the last mile in 5:56, good for me right now. Started P90X two days ago. I have had it for years now, but never done the program. I figure it will be good cross training, when I get over the soreness!:) Arms and shoulders
